We live in exciting times! Videography is taking over on Facebook and more and more creative forms of visual storytelling are popping up along the way.
You may not know this about me, but I’ve worked as a campaign manager, consultant and social brand strategist at one of Austria’s most prestigious social media consultancies. Every once in a while, however, you get to take a break from all the high level cognitive duties and get to grab a camera, run down to the courtyard and just DO AND CREATE:
Here we created some (very) short social videos on the spot for Maybelline New York as part of their christmas sweepstake season.
And despite their short length, they all tell a little story in themselves. This one, for example, both touches on the feeling on just wanting to rip open your presents and at the same time illustrates the speed at which the Express Remover gets rid of old nail polish:
Or this one – despite having the entire (and expensive-as-hell) range of crayons at hand, the girl in the picture opts to use Maybelline’s 24h Stay lipstick to colour in Rudolf’s red nose:
And, finally, here’s the iconic New York yellow cab (a USB stick, actually) pull the final Christmas presents into their box and ship them off Maybelline’s
naughty nice fans:
